The B-roll Marketplace and Packages give you ready-to-use clips. But sometimes you want UGC made specifically for your product — a real creator talking about your app, using your angle. That's a custom order.
You place custom orders at /order (or /dashboard/order inside the app).
How it works — 3 steps
Placing a custom order takes three quick steps:
1. Pick a format
Choose from our available, proven formats. The format is the creative concept — the hook, structure, and style of the video. (More on why you start here in Writing a great brief & why we pick format first.)
2. Pick a creator
Choose the real creator you want to deliver that format — the right face and voice for your brand. Browse the full roster at dansugc.com/roster.
3. Give us the brief
Tell us exactly what you want: what your product is, who it's for, your brand voice, and any specific instructions. The more detail, the better the result — including links to reference videos. See the brief guide.
Add a product demo
Want the creator to actually show your product on screen? You can add a product demo — either as an add-on to your order, or as a dedicated video format. It's the best way to make the video unmistakably about your product rather than a generic reaction.
Made by real humans — never AI

What happens after you order
Order received — we confirm your order and it enters the queue.
Creator starts work — your chosen creator begins filming your content.
Videos delivered — usually within 48 hours, and 72 at the latest.
You can track status, chat with our team, and download your videos from your order page.
